Dr. Ann Monis is an executive and entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of business, human behavior and longevity.
Dr. Ann leads Transformative Healthcare Solutions, a Florida behavioral health organization delivering evidence-based care, medication management and therapy across five regions, with more than 100 clinicians, over 5,000 people in care, and services delivered on site across geriatric communities. Dr. Ann is also cofounder of Medical Anti-Aging, a hormone optimization and regenerative medicine practice, and is founder and chairman of the board of the Florida Mental Health Coalition. The wider portfolio includes a real estate investment and development practice, and Longevion Health, a concierge longevity platform launching in Florida.
A Harvard Business School alumnus, Dr. Ann is at work on a forthcoming trilogy examining behavior, biology and human capacity over time.
Underpinning all of it is a clinical foundation. Dr. Ann is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist, and that training shapes how each organization is built, how teams are read, and why behavior is treated as an operational question rather than a soft one.
